• AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor — ARN: ARN-365491, valid till 19 July 2029. In this capacity, mutual fund schemes are distributed on behalf of various Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and commission is received from the AMCs for such distribution, as disclosed under applicable AMFI Code of Conduct requirements.
• IRDAI Insurance Agent — registration currently in progress. Until this license is granted, Manan Dua does not solicit insurance products or receive insurance-related commission, and does not describe any currently active service as insurance solicitation. This page will be updated with the license number once registration is complete.
• Investment Advisory — services on this website are limited to mutual fund and Specialized Investment Fund distribution, offered as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. Nothing on this website should be construed as "investment advice," "financial planning," or "investment advisory" services as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
